Happy Memorial Day weekend! ☀️

We would like to thank everyone who came out last night to support our members during the opening of our Member Show, as well as the students of @sunyadk for the opening of the @sunyadk Student Show which also opened last night at the LARAC Mountain Gallery.

If you weren’t able to make it last night, the Lapham Gallery will be open today, Saturday, May 27, until 3pm.

The Lapham Gallery will be closed on Monday, May 29th in observance of the holiday.

We hope everyone has a safe weekend and the LARAC team will be back in the gallery on Tuesday!

We would like to thank and congratulate the students of @sunyadk Visual Arts program for their talent and hard work in creating the work for this show! 44 pieces of art created by over 30 students 🤩

The SUNY Adirondack Student Show opens this Friday, May 26th, at 6pm in LARAC's Mountain Gallery, located at 21 Bay Street, Glens Falls.

If you can't make it on Friday, this show will be on exhibit until June 28th.

Mountain Gallery Hours: Wednesday - Saturday, 10am - 3pm.

All this week we will be accepting artwork from LARAC Members for our Annual Member’s Show!

Not currently a member? Memberships start at just $30/year for individuals and you can sign up at time of drop off.

We will be accepting artwork at LARAC’s Lapham Gallery, located at 7 Lapham Place, Glens Falls, today through Saturday from 10am - 3pm. Lapham Gallery will be open until 6pm on Thursday May 18th.

Pieces must be less then 48x48in in size and a $10 drop off fee will be due at time of drop off. All artistic mediums are welcome!

This is our largest show of the year and by far one of our favorites to host! LARAC is honored to have such talented members that fill our gallery with beautiful artwork each year and we look forward to seeing what this year brings!

Only two more days (today and tomorrow) to stop into the LARAC Lapham Gallery to see this bright and colorful show in person.

These two bodies of work from Chip Perone and @isabellalotano work so well together and it has been an absolutely pleasure to have them on exhibit in our gallery the past 4 weeks.

Lightning Fields will close at 3pm on Wednesday, May 10th.

Last week @ron_tom_mattia installed a new sculpture on the side of our building (on Lapham Place, facing @crandallpubliclibrary) and we are so excited to have such a talented friend like Ronn who creates such beautiful sculptures!
