Hilltop Construction Company builds a variety of projects throughout the Northeast for both the public and private sectors. Founded in 1975 by Tom & Cindy Albrecht, the company has now expanded into the second-generation: Son Tom Albrecht Jr., Son-in Law Dan Washburn, & Daughter April Washburn. In the past few years our company has experienced exceptional growth and expanded into increasing larger and more complicated projects. These include design-build, Construction Management / General Contractor and traditional design-bid-build projects.
