Kris Gregson Moss
Kris looks at color, movement, form, and negative space differently from most art quilters. She examines the tiniest parts of nature from all directions; the inside out as well as the outside in. At times her eye and sewing skills translate the vision into a three dimensional work of art, a bit of jewelry or a curved abstraction of the object in a wall piece, and sometimes the work is more realistic.
Kris welcomes you to her new studio, Moss on the Hill, near North Hebron, NY. She offers enticing workshops throughout the year. Her work may be seen at Valley Artisans Market in Cambridge NY and has been shown both individually and with the following groups: Fiber Revolution and ARTAA.
